Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes

These pancakes are healthy and delicious, packed with nutrients and sweetened with honey. Be sure to use real maple syrup to avoid the high fructose corn syrup in many commercial brands. Recipe below…

1 cup rolled oats
1 1/8 cup milk (I’ve also used almond milk)
Soak oats in milk for 5-10 minutes.
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
2 Tb olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
